What We Do

Family Systems Collective (FSC) supports families and the organizations that serve them by improving how they maintain meaningful connections with incarcerated loved ones. Through applied research, systems change, and collaborative partnerships, FSC advances equitable, humane, and accountable practices that reduce barriers to family connection and strengthen relationships disrupted by incarceration. We believe that preserving family bonds is essential to individual well-being, successful reentry, and stronger, more connected communities.
